Restylane® Products Available at Lazaderm
Restylane-L is an injectable filler made from non-animal-based hyaluronic acid. Results last an average of six to nine months, with treatments typically scheduled twice a year.
Restylane Silk is designed specifically for the lips and the fine lines around the mouth, using smaller, smoother particles than other Restylane® products for precise lip shaping and line control. The result is silkier, smoother lips with a natural look.
Restylane Lyft is FDA-approved for smoothing facial lines and adding volume to the cheeks. It contains a small amount of local anesthetic (lidocaine) to help reduce discomfort during injection. Results last roughly 10 to 18 months.

How long does Restylane® last?
Duration depends on which formula is used. Restylane-L lasts an average of 6 to 9 months, with touch-ups typically scheduled twice a year. Restylane Lyft lasts longer, roughly 10 to 18 months from a single treatment. Restylane Silk, formulated for the lips and the fine lines around the mouth, tends to last on the shorter end of that range since it’s used in a more active area of the face. Scheduling a touch-up before the product has fully dissipated tends to extend how long your results last overall.
What is the downtime associated with Restylane®?
Downtime is minimal to none for most patients. You may notice some temporary swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site, which typically resolves within a few days. Most patients return to their normal routine the same day.
Is Restylane® safe?
Yes. Restylane® is FDA-approved and has one of the longest safety track records of any dermal filler on the market. Because it’s made from hyaluronic acid, it’s also reversible. If you’re ever unhappy with your results, an enzyme called hyaluronidase can dissolve the filler.
How soon can I see results from Restylane®?
Results are visible immediately after treatment. Any temporary swelling will resolve within a few days, revealing your final result.
