Reshape a nasal bump, lift a droopy tip, or straighten a mildly crooked nose, without surgery, incisions, or weeks of downtime.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty reshapes the nose using dermal fillers instead of a scalpel. This approach can smooth away a nasal bump, elevate a droopy tip, and soften a mildly crooked nose, without the cost or downtime of surgery.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty has real limits. It will not correct a deviated septum, and it can’t fix a severely crooked nose or one that’s too wide. It is only applicable when adding volume (rather than removing it) can improve the concern.
Occasionally, we will see a wide or broad nose caused by scarring. In situations like this, it is possible to decrease the width of the nose by injecting the scar tissues with steroids. The steroids will cause the scar tissue to atrophy, decreasing the width of the nose.
Rhinoplasty with filler can be a lunchtime procedure. You’ll likely be in the clinic for about an hour total. After your consultation, we’ll take photos and have you sign your consent. A topical numbing cream is applied and left on for about 20 minutes, then removed as we clean the area with an antiseptic. Your provider will administer the filler injections, which take about 10 to 15 minutes and should be minimally painful. You may notice some redness or mild bruising, but we’ll apply ice before you leave to reduce it.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is ideal for patients who want to improve the appearance of their nose without the cost, risk, or downtime of surgery, whether that’s smoothing a nasal bump, lifting a tip, or softening a mild crookedness. It’s not the right option for a deviated septum or significant structural issues, which require a surgical approach.

The permanent option available in the U.S. is Bellafill®, which should last for years.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a temporary solution that can be maintained with touch-ups every six to 12 months. It’s also a great way to try out a new look before an important event, like a wedding, or before committing to surgery.
