Megaan Cianci

Megaan earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from NDSU in 2014 and has spent 11 years working as an RN, with a background in internal medicine and oncology before moving into aesthetics five years ago. She went on to earn her nurse practitioner degree from Walden University in 2025.

Megaan has called Fargo home for 15 years, after previously living in Estes Park, CO, and Quebec, Canada. Outside of work, she enjoys coffee, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and two cats. Her favorite skincare product is a good peel pad, and her favorite services to provide are non-surgical rhinoplasty and full-face rejuvenation with filler. Megaan is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, balanced results.

Dr. Hansen is wonderful! I’ve had excellent results with Botox (he’s the region’s top doc for Allergan products and does more injections than any other professional in the area) which means he is very practiced and quite particular about results. He’s very congenial, meticulous and dedicated to achieving your goals for an improved appearance. Nothing against other medical/beauty spas in this market but I would highly recommend a visit to Dr. Hansen, you’ll not be disappointed. He’s the best in the business!
