$9.99/Unit BOTOX first two appointments. A new patient is someone who hasn’t had an appointment in 12 months or more. Minimum 30 units, maximum 100 units per appointment, and must be used within the same appointment. No banking or pre-pay for a second appointment. The patient must commit to a second appointment while at the first appointment. With a booked appointment and showing up for the second appointment, pricing is the same ($9.99/unit BOTOX). The second appointment must be within 6 months of the first appointment.
