Most filler appointments at 1650 45th Street S wrap in well under an hour. Megaan Cianci will start by putting on a topical numbing cream and then injecting the filler into several locations to treat the whole area. Each filler has a different treatment protocol that will be explained to you during your consultation.

Your results will depend on the product chosen for your treatment. Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvéderm and Restylane work right away, but come with some swelling that takes a couple of days to go down. Collagen-building treatments work over several months and sometimes several treatments. If you have an event coming up in Fargo, schedule a few weeks ahead of time so things have time to settle.
It depends on which filler you choose and how much it takes to reach your goal. A subtle lip enhancement and a full mid-face restoration are very different treatments. We’ll let you know all of this information during your free consultation.
It varies by product and placement. Hyaluronic acid fillers generally last from several months up to two years. Juvéderm Voluma is FDA-approved to last up to two years in the cheeks. Sculptra can also offer results for up to 25 months, and Bellafill is among the longest-lasting options available.
Fillers can be done at any time of the year. Swelling may be more pronounced in the summer heat, and winter may call for more hydrating serums to keep your skin moisturized. Ask your provider how you can take care of your skin after your treatment in whichever season you are in.
We treat conservatively and choose formulas, like Restylane’s expression-friendly XpresHAn line, that move naturally with your face. You should look rested and restored, not like you’ve “had work done.”
