Sun spots & freckles
Lift the brown spots that strong sun leaves behind.
At Lazaderm, we can help reverse skin damage from Fargo’s summer sun, winter UV and wind with BBL HERO, a broadband light (BBL) treatment that helps your skin look and feel younger.
BBL uses pulses of broadband light to break up unwanted color and stimulate collagen. These effects can treat:
Lift the brown spots that strong sun leaves behind.
Calm the ruddy, wind-stung redness and rosacea that come with cold, Fargo winters.
Blend patchy, mismatched color into a clearer, more uniform finish.
Fade the small spider veins and broken capillaries that surface over time.
Take on stubborn breakouts that haven’t responded to creams or prescriptions.
Reduce those small red dots that tend to appear and multiply with age.
Spark fresh collagen for firmer, smoother, more luminous skin.
Treat the spots and crepiness in the areas most other treatments skip.

Everyone has different patterns of aging, from areas of sun damage and hyperpigmentation to unique patterns of lines around the eyes and mouth. The first thing we do is examine all of these and make a plan. By the end of the free consultation, you’ll know what we recommend for your skin and how much it will cost.

With your eyes shielded from the light, your provider will glide the handpiece across the area. Expect brief flashes of warmth, like a light snap. HERO is built for speed, so even larger areas can be treated fairly quickly, allowing you to get back to your day.

Your dark spots may be the first visible results from BBL HERO. These spots will get darker and then begin to flake off. Make sure not to pick at these spots, but let them slough off naturally. In the weeks that follow, collagen will continue to increase, and your skin will start to feel firmer and look more resilient.
It depends on how much area you’re treating and how many passes or sessions your goals call for. We keep it transparent: book a free consultation, and you’ll get a clear estimate up front, with no pressure to commit.
Our long winters are perfect for it. You will need to keep treated skin out of direct sun, and the indoor cold season makes that easy. Broadband light can also be applied in the summer. All you need to do is be sure to protect your skin from the sunlight and be sure to apply sunscreen.
You’ll find us at 1650 45th Street S, Suite 114, on Fargo’s south/west side and easy to reach from I-94. We’re a quick drive for patients across the Fargo-Moorhead metro, including West Fargo, Moorhead and Dilworth. We have patients come from all over!
Like any climate, Fargo comes with challenges for healing from an aesthetic treatment. During the summer, the heat and sunshine can irritate skin that is freshly treated and sensitive. It is important to wear sunscreen and keep the treated area out of direct sunlight when possible. During winter, UV light can reflect off of snow and impact the skin, and the air tends to be dry. Gentle moisturizer and continued sunscreen use can help during this season.
